Last Lecture

We just have one chance to live this life. Why do not we make this count? The world tries to tell us what to do, but entrepreneurship is about stepping out from the predetermined system of life and create value, solve problems and in that way make an impact in the world and change it. It is not an easy path. It has uncertainties and sometimes it is normal that we feel fear about that. Entrepreneurship is not for people without fears, it is for people who have motivations and dreams that are bigger that their own fears and that make them act It is about getting to know yourself, take a deep look at your soul and get to know who you really are and what are your deepest desires in life. It is about setting goals and have faith that it is possible to achieve them. Entrepreneurship is about making little steps having a big vision ahead. It is about being perseverant, about resisting the temptation to give up. It is about dreaming awake and working as everything depends on you. It is about relationships. There are great people that can become your companions in this journey. As in any hero’s journey, you cannot make it alone, help is always needed. If you choose your companions carefully, you will find friendships that will last for the rest of your life. Entrepreneurship is about mindset. Everything in our life is a result of what is in our mind. As children of God we have the capacity to create. In this life we are able to create our own circumstances, and no matter what are them now, we can change them, we can redefine our future, we can change our stars. Entrepreneurship is about choosing a star we want to reach and set stepping stones that will lead us to reach it. No matter if we do not know which is our desired star, if we follow our hearts, it will come. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. Entrepreneurship that transcend is not focused in ourselves nor in the profits, it is always focused in others. Money and earthly progress can become in many different way, but happiness, fulfillment and personal progress comes only if we are focused in what matters the most in life. Entrepreneurship is a way to bless others, our clients, our providers, our fellow workers who fight with us day by day to win the good battle of life, our community and our families. Entrepreneurship is about living the good life while we reach our dreams. Do not live your fears, always live your fears.
